40MM Raised Fan Cover

Designed to protect a fan without putting the cover right up against the fan, which can cause excess noise and decreased airflow. This is an untested design. It was designed in inches, so I am not sure which .STL works, I saved them in inches and in MM, so please tell me how it works!
