Please note that if you scale this design bigger – that you will have a looser fit at the joints.At this size the offset between the moving parts are 0.2mm. That will increase if you scale it larger.The whole model is chamfered to perfection in and outside for flawless printing.PRINT SETTINGS:PLEASE READ THE PDF INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED.• No less than 3 wall widths of 0.4mm.• No less than 12% Lines or zig zag infill.• A strong infill would be Gyroid.• An 0.2mm layer height is sufficient• Slower printing always equals a good quality print. (Unless you are spoilt with a fast-printer!• Follow the instructions of the filament producer for heat settings.• I use PLA for my prints and the longevity and strength is just fine.
