A joint is a mechanical system that allows two moving parts to be connected to each other without losing their mobility. Joints can vary depending on the direction and direction of movement. The most well-known are cylindrical joints and spherical joints. Movement in a cylindrical joint is in two dimensions. In spherical joints, the movement is in 3 dimensions and static and dynamic calculations of spherical joints are more difficult than cylindrical joints. It is often encountered in robotic technologies. Cylindrical joints are more durable than spherical joints and are widely preferred in heavy machinery manufacturing. The one pictured is a cardan clutch. It enables the connection of two moving shafts whose axes do not overlap or are not parallel. It is used in rear-wheel drive cars to transmit the movement produced by the engine to the rear wheels. The design I created here is a drawing I made for my children. It may be necessary to glue the parts while assembling them.Get print based on your own experiences
