Makerfarm Folding Spool

I needed a folding spool for [Faberdashery](http://www.faberdashery.co.uk/) and [Proto-Pasta](http://www.proto-pasta.com/) filament coils; however, none of the existing designs I found would fit in my [Makerfarm](http://www.makerfarm.com/) Prusa i3v's spool holder. So I remixed [benbois'](http://www.thingiverse.com/benbois/designs) foldable spool v2 to make it fit! I also recessed the fastener holes to make the sides flush, that prevents the nuts from colliding with the sides of the spool holder
