B&K REF 20 volume knob

This is a replacement volume knob for a B&K REF 20 A/V preamplifier. My original was loose and I believed the set screws were striped. As it turns out I just didn't have the right Allen wrench (1/16"). In any case once I had the right wrench I still made the knob, mostly to figure out the inserts for future projects. I used 6/32 threaded inserts and 6/32 set screws. The parts and Allen wrenches are all available from Amazon:
