Mount Plate for Raspberry Pi Model B+ Enclosure

We needed a mounting plate for PiBow-like enclosure for the Raspberry Pi B+. The mounting tabs are made for #6 screws, but it should work with M3 and maybe even M4 screws mounting it to a panel.
