Printrbot Simple fan mount for an actual 40mm fan

This is a remix of the-kenny's fan mount. I remixed it to work with a 40
mm fan. The difference from the original is that the mounting holes on
this one are 30mm apart and will fit the 40mm fan that came with the
printrbot simple 1310.

The printrbot in the picture is the original 1310 with upgraded
aluminum extruder, bed plate, and x/y axis modifications.

Update: I added a second file (FANMOUNTwCutOut) that doesn't
block airflow through the top of the fan, both fi
