Ormerod dc42 Z-Probe cover

A cover for the Z-Probe created by user dc42 at reprap forums. Replaces the insulator created by dc42. The replacement marginally affects the z-calibration, if at all.

Covers the circuit board for a nicer look and reduces the risk of short circuit.

Two versions, one for the single nozzle board and one for the dual nozzle board.
