Remix: Deluxe spool holder for XYZPrinting DaVinci, no cutting, all printed parts

I really like the design of the delux spool holder. I found that sideways holders end up causing jams when the spool starts to run low, because the filament has to bend over the spool wall at pretty extreme angles. However, the delux spool holder requires either removing the top cover or cutting it. I've redesigned the hook attachment so it can be used without removing the top cover.
