Tweaked Polargraph Gondola

Split the pen holder in half to make it easier to remove compare to set screws. This way you can use a bulldog clip or something similar. Enlarged the tube for quarters to give the option of quarters or, after being raided for laundry day, you can fill it with whatever you like. Gave the servo arm a little more room as well to better fit some mini servos.
