Filament Guiding Wheel for Creality K1/K1C

This is a holder and a wheel, which can be mounted on the upper back frame of the Creality K1/K1C to guide the filament from the Creality Space Pi directly to the extruder with nearly no PTFE tube, to reduce friction and eliminate extruder problems, while printing with flexibel filaments direktly out of the dryer.Printed with Hyper-PLA-CF, 0,2mm layer height, 3 wall lines, 20% infill and support in the inside of the holder.- 1x threaded rod M4 - 32mm- 6x M4 nuts- 4x9x4 ball bearing is needed to install the wheel. See instruction pictures.It is optional to install two PC4-M6 quick connectors or simply thread the filament through the guide holes. If the holes are too narrow for the M6 ​​thread, you can also cut it with a M6 tap and die.EDIT 20JAN2025:I added a model for filament guiding. You can just push it into the holder, or even glue it in. It supports the top of the wheel and gives a better guidance, I will add a photo soon. I had the experience that during high retraction settings or when you change the filament and use the "retract" button, the filament can jump off from the wheel. If then the extruder extrudes again, it could lead to issues, because the filament is blocked.
