PrintrBot Guide Washers

After doing the XL upgrade, my X axis started slipping regularly on large prints. It was frustrating to reset the x belt only to have it slip off again. I noticed that the belt swam as it traveled the full xl length.

That's when I thought up Guide Washers. If only the front washer on the guide bearings was a bit bigger. That would keep the belt from slipping off.

I hope Printbot sees this and incorporates this modification in the Simple.
