Parametric Bullet Script

NOTE! This isn't a weapon, or intended to be used as any kind of projectile. It's a model only, it'll probably break your firearm if you try to load it, it'll probably break your printer if you print it, and knowing my abhorrent OpenSCAD skills, it'll probably blow up your computer if you download it.
