Remix of Spool Holder for UP or AFINIA by umeznet, published Apr 20, 2014

Found a lot of spool holders, didn't find many that were well designed aside from this one. I made a few tweaks:

I added a filament tube holder boss at the top so the tube is actually held in place. I also got rid of the little boss that wraps around the front of the printer, no need for it, just wastes support material and takes longer to print.

One thing that needs to be done: the top hole should have been counterbored like the bottom one.
