Active cooling fan bracket for 40mm Fans

This bracket is designed to attach one 40mm fan to another one at an angle to act as a print cooling fan for PLA and the like.

If you have an all metal hotend and that needs its own fan always running, this can attach to that and let you have both the hotend fan and active cooling fan in the same area.

I haven't needed a directional nozzle for it yet, but it wouldn't be hard to make one that attached to the two free mounting holes in the fan
