Reduced base filament spool holder

Modification of [ogelybogely](http://www.thingiverse.com/ogelybogely)'s [Filament spool holder for 250mm spools (10") V2](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:169027) to remove some plastic from the parts touching the bed. The first time printing the original I had trouble with warping. Reducing the amount of plastic on the bed can help with warping so I came up with this. I haven't printed it yet but thought some people might find it useful.
