Parts to adapt Brodit car dock for iPhone 5

My "active" (enables charging) docking station for my iPhone 4 would not accommodate my new iPhone 5 owing to the change of connector from the old Apple 30 pin standard to the new Lightning connector. This was annoying as the holder in the car was quite expensive and Brodit who made the original, currently do not have an iPhone 5 version.
