Coin Organiser (NZ)

I liked mrule's idea of organising loose change (what a concept!) so I made a version of his design that accepts New Zealand coinage.

There are five coins in common use in NZ so I renamed mrule's original file to 4_coin_holder.scad and extended a copy called 5_coin_holder.scad that supports five coins. The appropriate file then gets included by the files that simply specify the coin sizes (coin_organizer_us.scad & coin_organiser_nz.scad).

This doesn't even come close to fitting on the Cup
