Siemens optiPoint phone cubicle mount

All the parts to mount the phone on a sound board in my cubicle. I guess with minimal modifications this could also work as a wall mount.
The clip holds the handset when vertically placed. The holder slides over the sound board and holds the phone. The pegs fit in the bottom holes and raise the phone up so that the display is better readable.
