Philadelphia City Hall (Fixed STL)

The comments and linked blog for the original file indicate there are some challenges with both the Sketchup file and the resulting STL. I simplified the Sketchup file and produced a new STL which I then used Netfabb Basic, Meshlab and Netfabb's beta cloud service to repair. You may not be able to fight city hall, but you can now 3D print it!
