Ingocraft Axle

This is an axle for Ingocraft toys. I wanted to be able to put the wheel between two other pieces, but nothing in the original kit quite worked. So I used their long-bolt model to create a double-ended bolt with a smooth cylinder in the middle (this predates their development kit at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:687791).
