Whiteboard Now Arrow Pointer

This is a arrow pointer which a designed in photoshop (source file included). It's meant to go on a whiteboard. I drilled a shallow hole and glued a strong 17x2mm disc magnet in the bottom.
When i get around it, i will redesign a version with the hole allready in place, but need to figure out how to do that in photoshop.
