Ez3d Phoenix belt holder update

These files are the Improved files of :http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:591088 . These files were changed to be the right shape and made consistent. I edited them in blender which supports many sided N-gons, most programs will automatically cut them up but they should be relatively easy to modify from this point.
