Prusa i3 / P3Steel cable chain mount (hephestos mod)

Modification of Hephestos i3 (http://reprap.org/wiki/Prusa_i3_Hephestos) mount to fit open cable chain (thing:611593) and to change direction of z chain to connect to p3 steel frame.
Not entirely happy with this as z hight is limited to 140mm with this, may re-design in the future to not do this.
I printed the open cable chain sometime ago and was looking for a way to integrate to my printer but couldn't find a solution.
Will have to also create a mount for the i3 rework extruder.
