Magnet base for 3D Catan pieces with 2x5mm cylindrical magnets

I liked neuport's concept, but those magnets are too expensive. Found ones that are 0.06$ per piece from some chinaman on aliekspress. They are smaller but hold preety well.

Magnets are diametrically(! =radially!) polarized and size 2mm x 5mm. When placed, they must rotate freely so they can snap in in different orientations. Miniguide is in pictures above.
