Remixed from mike_mattala's NUT JOB.

Used his OpenSCAD file to customize.

Needed a 6mm thread outer diameter with a 1mm thread pitch for my "Comfort Zone" branded fan. It originally came with a terribly short bolt that wouldn't reach and the fan head would not stay on so here's my easy fix!
