You just need 16 6mm momentary switches, a 8x1 2.54mm (100mil) pin header and a generic cheap perfboard with 24x18 holes which you get everywhere on amazon or ebay.
A little amount of soldering needed for connecting the buttons in a multiplexing grid
No glue or screws needed for assembly of the case
The buttons have a nice click to them and can be pressed completely individually, but don't rattle around because of the flexing grid between them
The Buttons have the best feel when printed in TPU but work just as well and look better when printed in PETG or PLA
In the attached Zip you can find all the Solid Edge files, feel free to customize to your liking
