7 Wonders 2E - All In Insert

This is a remix of @JS500's excellent 7 Wonders 2nd Edition insert. I have remixed it so that it can accommodate the Great Wall and Manneken Pis promo wonder boards that are on sale in the BGG Store. This is in addition to the four main expansions (Cities, Leaders, Armada, Edifice) and all promo cards.To use, print out the following three STLs instead of the corresponding original files from @JS500:7-wonders-v2-pencils-and-miscellaneous-w-promo-boards.stl7-wonders-v2-armada-ships-w-promo-boards.stl7-wonders-v2-board-spacer-w-promo-boards.stlIn addition, also print out 7-wonders-v2-cards-w-promo-boards.stl and place it under the card holders.
