The qInch Project : Arm Joint

I have this pretty cool tablet arm mount (2 actually), that I really wanted to replicate many of the joints in it for the qInch Project. The whole rig I put together works ok but I need to model a pretty good nob to tighten the bolts by hand. I used a wretch and some metal washers to tighten up the joints. I need some good thin metal washers inside the joints help tighten the joint.
