Z-Coupler for Prusa simplified Mendel

12/20/2013: Don't use this thing, use this one http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:22422 I modified the SCAD file to have 0.5 gap sizes and a z_rod_r of 7/2 instead of 6. I also need to enlarge the 3mm nut and screw holes but I really like the design.
