More Hold Down Clamps

I made these so I could use 1/4"- 20 nylon bolts (Lowes) to hold them down (like the ones that hold your toilet seat to the toilet) I don't want anything that could damage my cutter other than the work piece and my brain. I'm still early in the learning curve and make some stupid mistakes so any help for survival is always a good thing for me.
