RAMPS 1.4 holder with 50mm fan mount

This is a simple RAMPS 1.4 holder with a mount for a 50mm fan to blow at a 20 degree angle over the electronics.

I made this because i had a 50mm height restriction and most fan mounts for RAMPS 1.4 have the fan on top which makes it hard to get the wiring to fit.
