Auto Level for Folger Prusa i3

Here is my version of the auto level arm and servo mount for use with the Folger Tech Prusa i3 in conjunction with the upgraded spring loaded extruder feeder. The arm switch mounting holes are spaced such that the Folger z end stop switch may be mounted. Servo mount is sized for a SG90 servo.
