70cm Mini DLG

Set of molds and additional parts required to build a 70cm Wingspan Mini DLG.

The fuselage molds from part 1 are not posted due to the subpar design, the molds for the final fuselage are present.

You will need a 4x2x330mm carbon fiber spar for the tail. I originally used a 4x3x330mm carbon spar and that was no sufficient for the launch loads.

The spar is glued into the rear_spar_box and that is subsequently glued into the fuselage before both mold halves are joined.

The 'plugs' for the primary wings are meant to be machined/cut/shaped out of foam and placed into the molds while the composites set. I cut the plugs with a cnc wirecutter, but they could be formed by hand sanding, the molds help to remove some imperfections in the underlying plug.

Motor mounts for 8520 brushed motors are also included, these
