Better Eye Relief Knob for Oculus Rift DK2

You guys seemed to like the knob I made back in October (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:492476), so I decided to give it another go and see if I could improve on some of its flaws; namely, that it sticks out way too far and makes your Rift look like Frankenstein's monster.

The new knob is much less conspicuous and I like it more than the old one. It has some drawbacks though. Because I painted my old knobs and superglued them to the Rift, they left a thick layer of crud when I removed them
