I loaded the sketchup file I used, I will confess its not bug free but after adding the name of your choice if you run it through

modelrepair.azurewebsites.net

It will fix the holes in the model. I lowered the regions in white so that it could be sliced in a fashion that allowed me to easily modify the gcode

I dropped in my gcode edit which set up a series of pauses starting at lines below for changing filament colors.
