ABS filament building-pad instuction with 4 platform clamps (7mm)

U have problems with ABS-prints and don´t have (or want) a heated bed? Try this:

Use a 4mm PVC-foam Pad on top of your build-platform and cover it with kapton tape:
Due the good insulation of the PVC beneath the kapton tape, combined with a 230°C first-layer- temperature, ABS sticks pretty good on the platform, even without a heated bed!

That is, because the heat of the filament in the first layer is enough to warm the kapton-tape for a good adhesion. without the insulation
