Raspberry A+B+ Case re-mixed for 3D print (with or without LCD screen)

added STL fies for 3d printing. Just check the sizes...may need to scale up or down in nettfab. Added file with ventilation holes in bottom.

Added 30 mm hole for 5 volt fan.
