Rapman 3 Fan Bracket

It is remixed from bonleo's bracket so that the holes of the extruder part are upright at a 90 degrees angle instead of level, so that the fan has a more vertical angle in relation to the printed object and also is closer to the hotend.

Printed in PLA and it seems to work fine.
