Knotted Polyhedral Torus

This appeared in my thesis in 1994. It is a variation of the monohedral idemvalent toroids of Alaoglu and Giese from 1946. Every triangle on the polyhedron is congruent to every other one. There are 6 triangles at every vertex, but it is not rectifiable at the vertices.
