Trumpet Valve Case Top Support

When I tried to add support to LtDan's trumpet's valve case, I found that my software refused to generate support in a certain area, so I added in some modified pillars (A thing by Croata) to the appropriate area. Please note that support will still have to be generated for other areas, so if using Makerbot Desktop, turn supports and rafts ON.
