Improved gears for 60ml Syringe Extruder - LDM

We have modified the gear to insert a M8 nut in the big gear, so to better fix the gear on the rod.
Also the small gear is modified to fix better on the motor axis, inserting nut for M3 bolt that lock the gear on the motor axis.
In this design the tooth are more then the original one but the reduction ratio is still 5:1.
