E3D V5 (or Chinese knockoff) spacer to fit Prusa i3 rework extruder

As many others, I was getting annoyed at the bad fitting of the v5 to the rework extruder and I didn't want to print a whole extruder so decided this was a good solution. Fit is now tight with no wobble.
Orientation is upside down for printing, is a little tight when putting the m3 bolts through - just keep turning.
