10mm Ball Bearing Effector with Andy's All Metal Hot End hardware

I took Andy's updated 8mm all metal hot end effector and Maso's 10mm ball bearing effector and merged them.

I started with Maso's effector, removed the hinges, end stop mount hole, rounded out the extruder hole, expanded it to match the diameter of the hole in Andy's effector.

I duplicated the mounting holes from Andy's effector and made small risers so the mounting hardware from Andy's effector would work with no BOM modifications.
