Handle and mount for Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera

This is a handle and mount for the Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera. It is loosely styled after pistol grip super 8 cameras and will be built on as a platform. Things to come in future versions:

* 15mm rail mounts
* Back hood/viewfinder
* Support for record on/off release trigger
* Cold shoe mounts
