Enclosure RaspberryPi B+ and RAMPS

A remix from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:399943 to fit the Rasberry Pi B+.

Also made a few holes for the raspberry's connectors and ramps' reset button

I'm printing it right now, when it's ready I will post some pictures
