Minimal Ramps1.4 cable and 80mm fan support

A minimum effort approach (in particular in terms of printing effort) to organize cables using zipties and the hole patterns, and to fix a 80mm fan on top of the RAMPS board. Fits with full graphics display connector. Please check whether your adapter fits. About four hours building time in total at 0.1mm and 50mm/s speed.
