easydelta carriages with z height adjust knob

The original carriages do not fit well to the linear bearings as the bearing distance is off by 1mm (also in the the original .stl)

These carriages addresses the issue with the bearing distance and include some additional benefits

+ z height adjustment knob with indicator (one rotation m3 = 0.5mm), so each indication is 0.5 / 4 = 0.125mm up or down
