This is an Arca-Swiss style quick release tripod plate for the iPhone 4/4S and 5. The phone can mount in either landscape or portrait.
It works great with a Really Right Stuff lever clamp. I haven't tested it with other Arca-Swiss style clamps. Let me know how it goes.
