Car phone holder

I bought a "universal" holder for my "Droid Eris" and was never happy with it, it required me to squeeze it to clamp the phone and the volume buttons where covered/activated, also I had to manually connect the charging cord for longer trips when using it as a GPS.
Now it slips in and I've made it to hold the cable too.
